2. What does "natural cosmetic" mean?
A cosmetic is considered natural if it contains at least 95% ingredients of natural origin (plant, animal or mineral) and up to 5% permitted synthetic ingredients.

6. Why are products produced on demand?

7- What is the production lead time for made-to-order products?
After order confirmation, the production time is 7 to 10 business days , which may vary depending on the volume of orders.
After the product is manufactured and packaged, shipping is done normally, with tracking and confirmation via email.
8- Return and Refund Policy
Return and refund policy. Article 49 guarantees the consumer the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of its signature or the receipt of the product, provided that the purchases were made outside the commercial establishment, by telephone or at home.
When requesting a return, it will be necessary to send a photo of the product showing the poor quality or damage, via email: contato@matambacosmeticos.com .
If the product is mishandled by the consumer causing damage, the product will not be exchanged.
